Product: HP SLIM 290 -a0008na

Hi I have here HP Slim 290 No Power No Fan Spin Power Adapter tested fine 19V  detected. Inject 19V with bunch power suplly still nothing no power no fan spin ,also cant find any shorts on motherboard. Any chance somone have schematic diagrams for this motherboard ? Thx.
