HP Stream Laptop 11-ah13lnr

My laptop has been in a automatic repair loop for months now. I’ve followed all of the tutorials online on how to fix it, and none have worked. It’s at the point where I just want to do a hard reset on it, but can’t figure out how to do that either.

Hi:

What I suggest you do when nothing works is to clean install W10 using the media creation tool to create a bootable W10 64 bit installation flash drive.   You will need an 8 GB flash drive for this.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

When you get to the part of the installation process, where it asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.  Then click Next and W10 should install,

After the installation process is complete, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

If you want to try the hard reset procedure first, here is how you can do that, but I am highly doubtful that will fix the problem.

Follow the steps for a notebook with a non-removable battery.
