HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y5Y9AV)

My HP Support Assistant hasn't opened for over 10 months.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling more than once, but this has made no difference.
Then, when I accessed my account the other day, I found that all my Order History, etc was gone.
I cannot get the contact info or access Customer Support because when I click on it, I am in a continual loop of entering my login details.

Hi @JuneBK,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that HP Support Assistant has not opened for about 10 months, even after multiple uninstall/reinstall attempts. You are also experiencing an HP account issue where your order history is missing and the support page keeps returning you to the sign-in screen.

Since you have already reinstalled HP Support Assistant several times, I would not repeat the same process.

For HP Support Assistant

Please confirm that you are using the current HP Support Assistant 9. HP currently requires Windows 10 RS4 or later for the Windows version.

If the latest version is already installed but still will not open, please let me know:

  • Your Windows version/build.
  • Whether HP Support Assistant appears in Task Manager when you try to open it.
  • Whether you receive any error message.

For your HP account

Your order history is associated with your HP account/HP Store information, while your HP Support Dashboard manages registered products and support information.

Since you are also being caught in a login loop, this appears to be a separate account/sign-in issue, rather than something that can be fixed by reinstalling HP Support Assistant.

You can try opening the HP Support page in a private/incognito browser window and signing in again.

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
