Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q140in

I had installed Legacy Version of HP Assistant on my All In One PC - 23-q140in . After Reinstalling Windows 10 Home, I am not being able to install HP Assistant on my PC from the given Page & while installing it, it stated that I need Legacy Version of the HP Assistant & it is not available anywhere . May i have link of the same. Kindly be informed that HP's webpage lead me to the same page where it is available for Windows 10 RS4 & higher.

Thanks a Ton, Paul, it worked. But my previous version was Version : 9.38.32.0 which is not yet available. Despite that, your suggested softpaq is working & is my gain.
