Hello everyone,
If the HP System Event does not open with ctrl and alt, press the S key (Desktop) or Fn and Esc (Notebooks), proceed as follows to solve the problem.
HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number?

HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
- Proceed to the following path:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP System Event
- Right-click SVCRestart.cmd, then click Run as administrator and click Yes.
- Repeat the key combination to open the HP System Information.
It is also necessary to check in the Startup tab of the Task Manager that the HP Message Service is Enabled, as it is linked to this program.
This may be of interest to @GOLD_MASTER in terms of concerns to have the necessary info to help.

I don't know either, it must have been in the French community maybe, I had given a simple solution in itself
which also allowed to modify the shortcuts to open it
The user could modify the original assigned keys to open it
But now it's just as easy to use HP support assistant which will give product S/N and P/N

En effet, mais ma procédure est uniquement valable lorsque HP System Event Utility est déjà installé sur l'ordinateur de bureau HP ou sur l'ordinateur portable HP.
Pour certains ordinateurs portable HP (Ordinateurs portables professionnels de HP) ou ordinateurs de bureau HP c'est l'utilitaire suivant : HP System Information.
