Hi,

yes ?

In any case, the description seems a bit exaggerated to me

" HP System Event Utility alerts user to use system compatible accessories and to optimize the HP computer usage."

normally it's just this:

HP System Event Utility, which enables special function keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. For example, HP System Event Utility enables users to press the Fn+ESC keys to view system information.

what we see on the image finally

But I'm curious, I would have to test to see if it changes anything finally ....

[edit] so .., as i thought it gives nothing more than system info!
It's just practical, you open the app and you directly have the visible information of the given image, no need for me to capture mine, it does not change anything
So you quickly have the product number and serial number, motherboard ID etc.
But that does not give you any options for compatibility and optimization of a computer !!
