Hi,
I have just received a HP T310 which is password locked and I'm looking for a way to factory default it.
Unlike other thin client platforms, HP didn't post any USB recovery image for this model.
Web interface has been disabled.
Factory default hotkey has been disabled.
I have even opened it up hoping to remove battery but there isn't any coin battery inside.
Other connectors that I can see inside are 4-pin RS232, 10-pin SPI-Flash, 6-pin MCU header.
Appreciate if anyone knows what else can be done to recover this device.
Note to HP Support
The forum state to contact HP support and they will help you provide the needed information to receive a Challenge Code to unlock the system and if need USB recovery image
