Your drive somehow got corrupted.  Some possibilities here

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-what-failed-ntfssys/63d790bc-15b4-40ea-a4...

you need to boot into safe mode and repair the drive

https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-enter-safe-mode-in-windows-10/

you should be able to run SFC /sccannow in safe mode to repair corrupted files.

Do a check disk first:

Select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt." The computer will continue booting and you will see a list of drivers being loaded. After they finish loading you will be presented with a command prompt

https://www.wikihow.com/Run-a-Chkdsk-Function#:~:text=Select%20%22Safe%20Mode%20with%20Command,prese....

run chkdsk /f to fix drive then the sfc /scannow

post back if a problem

Windows shipped with HP Thin Clients are Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and its a locked down system after predesigning it for special purpose. Installing the regular Windows updates on this OS breaks its settings and hence its purpose to work on a Thin client also causing the BSOD. HP hence keeps the Windows updates disables and also releases the updates after testing it on the Thin clients. You will find them on the HP thin update tool in the control panel of Windows 10 IoT. Or you can use the stand alone version of the same on a normal Windows PC to check for the updates. Please refer the below link to download Thin update 2.06.22
https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/tcimages/EasyUpdate/Images/ThinUpdateRelease/2_6_22/HPThinUpdate-02.06.22...

The tool only provides the update file as .CAB that would need to be installed using DISM command. Or you can download the respective KB updates from  https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/home.aspx and just double click to install.
