The forum probably can't help if HP Support can't fix the problem. You are also not providing any details for forum analysis. Generally one looks at hardware first. Good hardware suggests looking at operating system integrity and system temps. Then, maybe you back up data if possible and reinstall the factory operating system. If reinstalling the operating system does not fix the problem then you must have a hardware problem.
HP Support should look at factory hardware service if software/operating system corruption troubleshooting does not help.
Request HP factory warranty service.
