HP TouchSmart 610-1130f Desktop PC Recovery Media or ISO

Dear HP Community,

I am seeking the recovery media or an ISO I can download and load to a USB stick.  HP's website has no download available and 3rd parties are wanting 21 dollars + shipping for copies of the recovery media.

A windows 10 recovery USB simply causes the HP to shut down whenever I try to install the OS onto the shiney new hard drive.  Any help would be appreciated as it would be much simpler to install from the System Recovery media as defined by HP.  The Windows 7 OS (Modified by HP) is not available through Microsoft.
