Product: HP Touchsmart IQ524
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The side volume buttons are not working, the only drivers available for it are win 7 but whenever I try to install them I get an error: "hp driver your system does not meet the minimum requirements 9998" i tried to update them manually but its not letting me. any help pls

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

It appears there is no current audio driver for your PC when using Windows 10.

 

Try the steps found at this archived HP Forum thread (Link). This method seemed to have helped quite a few folks in 2015.

 

You may be forced to use Microsoft's limited generic audio driver if the Windows 7 driver for your specific PC fails to install correctly.
