Product: HP VH240a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop monitor is the HP VH240a tilt. The tower is also hp. I cannot find a brightness adjuster no matter where I go. I've checked my drivers, I've reinstalled drivers. Nothing. Not even under Power Settings. It's so bright and I just need to dim it. Please advise.

It does have buttons with + and - signs  including button to support brightness. Please use the following manual
