Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

 

 

 

This is an HP Platinum desktop.  model TP01-2234 Windows 11 updated from the original build but sold as new by AMAZON

manufactured 2022 warranty expired 11/23. How do I get a warranty as I am the first owner?

Welcome to our HP community forum!

 

Unfortunately, this is an Amazon issue, not HP.

 

If you were under the impression that Amazon sold you not just a new desktop but also that it would be covered under HP warranty, you'll have to contact Amazon and present your case.
