Product: HP AX002NP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Welcome message pop-up every 10 min.

I have a new HP AX002NP OMEN and after I send the register message, every 10 min I have a pop-up message saying: Welcome to your new HP.

Everithing it's ready.

OK

 

How can I stop this message?

Hi:

 

Open the Windows Control Panel, and in the top right, next to View by:  select 'Large Icons.'

 

From the new layout, select Programs and Features, and let the list populate.

 

Find the HP Welcome program listed there, right click the entry, and select Uninstall.
