Hello,

I need to know where HP Wolf Security stores the logs files (I activated it) but can't find, and I need to send the logs to a client.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Marcos_MisInf

They are in the folder

C:\Program Files\Bromium\vSentry\servers

if you need to compile the log, use the fields indicated in the following link

Gathering logs for Bromium products (hp.com)

I don´t have that folder, I can only find one folder in AppData\LocalLow\Bromium\vSentry\Logs

We need it for the "Kit Digital" as a proof that the protection is working.

I have tried this command from the web you posted:

BrLogMgr.exe --output_zip=c:\vsentrylogs.zip zip

But the resulting zip has a password...

you tried using the command --all_users and open the CMD as administrator

I don't know why, probably the disk is encrypted. I recommend contacting Wolf support directly
