@ddec1123,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

In short, Wolf Security is a comprehensive and integrated soft- and hardware security software utility program designed to keep your PC and your data out of the control of the bad guys.

As self-described by Wolf Security, quote: "From self-healing firmware and in-memory breach detection to threat containment via isolation, HP Wolf Security for business reduces attack surfaces and enables remote recovery from firmware attacks. Cybercriminals are more sophisticated, determined and organized than ever, and they have their sights set on your endpoints. HP Wolf Security for business is always on and always watching — ensuring you and your team stay protected."

Btw, it is best to use only one antivirus program at a time in order to avoid conflicts such as a secondary antivirus program being scanned and attacked by HP Wolf Security. Of course, you could add "exceptions" to Wolf Security, this is done in HP Wolf Security - Settings - Exclusions - Manage HP Sure Sense Exclusions tab.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

When I select my product it never does ask for my OS it just goes to a page that says

We were unable to find drivers for your product.

Try manually selecting your operating system. If your operating system is not listed, then HP may not provide driver support for your product with that operating system.

I will keep pounding away at it
