Hi,
I have just installed WIN 10 IOT and updated the drivers as per my PC build. However, there is one outstanding driver I cannot find.
Other info if req'd
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

The PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9CBA device needs this driver:
Driver - HP Z2 Tower G5 Workstation | HP® Customer Support
You may need to manually install the driver since W10 IOT is not a supported OS for your PC.
To do that, go to the device manager, click on the PCI Simple Comms Controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp143014.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
