I have chosen to reform my used (ebay purchased) Z800 desktop. I have tried profusely to complete all of the win 7 64 updates, and no matter what I do, I get the same error message ("....801). I will reformate using win 7 64 bit sp 1 disc and then go through the process of updating the drivers using the hp website support downloads. Is there a way for me to order a driver disc to possible save some time?

Hi:
If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at this number to order a set of recovery disks.
1-800-334-5144
Here's the catch...on HP business PC's (at least all of the ones I owned or have owned), you get a set of 2-4 disks that you have to install in order, and they install the operating system and drivers automatically.
In other words, there isn't a separate operating system disk and driver disk.
A set normally costs around $10 delivered by first class mail.
