Hi everyone,
I’ve found HP Support to be completely unhelpful in addressing issues or making contact with them. I’m hoping someone here might be able to assist me instead. It’s truly baffling that such a major company struggles to provide effective support.

I’m encountering an issue with my HP ZBook Firefly. After an automatic update of HP Wolf Security, the laptop rebooted itself while I was using it. I have three external screens attached, which were working fine prior to the reboot. However, after the update, only the laptop’s built-in screen was functional, and the external screens were no longer detected. I tried various troubleshooting steps, including rebooting the system, but nothing worked.
As a result, I performed a system restore. While the restore completed, it prompted me for the BitLocker recovery key. I entered the key, but the device now keeps encountering a problem and repeatedly returns to the BitLocker screen.
I’m seeking your assistance to resolve this issue without losing my settings and data. I purchased the device in Australia but currently live in Bali and am unable to contact HP Support via my mobile.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Rolly
