HP Recommended
Product: Zbook G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have Several Zbook Firefly G8 laptops in our fleet that intermittently on shutdown or restart will give the message "ReltekAudioBackgroundProcessClass This app is preventing Shutdown"

Have check for updates for the device from HP Support assistant, Downloaded the drivers from the Support website and tried a few other things suggested in other threads elsewhere.  

None of this seems to have resolved this issues. Anyone have any suggestions?
