Hi guys!

My problem is that: there are several devices on the support page - 1laptop and 5 printers, while on the HP Smart website there is only a laptop and the HP Smart application shows only 1 printer.

The same login and password everywhere.

- What's the matter? How to synchronize it?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

IF I understand what you are asking, the following might help explain what is happening --

The HP Account and HP Smart accounts are separate --

The accounts do not "sync" and are used for separate purposes.

====================================

- HP Account -

The Dashboard includes your registered devices - computers and printers.

Some of these might be new and others might be older -- some of the devices might be no longer in your care.

HP Account - Management / Device Lists / Warranty and Product Information

HP Account - Login / Dashboard

Scroll to the bottom of the web page to change the region.

HP My Devices list, Cases, Warranty information, How-to / Troubleshooting, Product and Service information, Add or Delete a device

====================================

- HP Smart / (formally HP Connected) -

The "My Printers" list is comprised of those printers that you have added to the HP Smart account.

This account is used to add / manage access to ePrint and / or Print Anywhere

 “HP Smart / HP Connected” - Printers added to ePrint / Print Anywhere

Management / Options

HP Smart / HP Connected

Note:  Website might take 1-10 seconds to open

Click Flag to switch to your region

Account Dashboard

How the Webpages are formatted depends on whether at least one of the printers is enabled for HP+ and / or is eligible for Print Anywhere.

Thanks for the information, but it does not explain that the HP Smart application shows the printers and the HP Smart website does not.

Different animals.

HP Smart app is not the same code as HP Smart / HP Connected or the HP Smart Dashboard.

They are not meant to do the same things.

I think there was never any intention that one be a reflection of the other.

?

I suppose, too, that I could be missing the point.
