i have a brand new all-in-one computer but is making a distracting noise. I cannot focus on my online class because it is bothering me. I am not sure if it is fan issues or what. On top of that, the camera is blurry and grainy. What is the phone number I should call to help me fix this problem. Or should I just return this computer?

@aphrodite2020 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting distracting noise from HP all-in-one 22-c0049.
I have a few recommendations:
-
A computer contains several fans to keep it cool. When a computer is first turned on, the fans normally spin at high speed and create some noise. After 5 to 20 seconds, however, the fan noise stops.
-
Fans that continue to spin at high speed or make strange noises might indicate a problem. If the fan is still noisy after 20 seconds or if a fan suddenly starts making unusual noises, use the following steps to troubleshoot problems.

For, webcam issues, please uninstall the webcam drivers and reinstall and update the BIOS.
