HP Recommended
Product: HP Slim Desktop PC S01-pF2000i (4M0H7AV)

This computer has not been working properly since HP update.  Trying all the steps that HP has, did not fix the problem(s).  One would have to have a real knowledgeable person look at the computer as the online help hasn't fixed it.  How does one talk to a live person?
