HP desktop beep red light.

Hello,

I was pushing my HP desktop behind while I was using, but I had something burst inside it and it switched itself off,

But tried to turn it on, it shows red light while beeping, no fan and then it later stops beeping but still continue with the red light.

• Any help is highly appreciated.

The beep code and flashing red light tells you what is wrong with your PC.

You have to count the number of beeps and red-light flashes and then refer to the troubleshooting guide at the link below to see what the beep codes mean and how to troubleshoot the problem for the specific code.

See Appendix A, starting on page 57 for how to interpret and troubleshoot the beep code error.
