Good afternoon I have a HP Envy 20 Touchsmart and haven’t used in a while one I go to reset the password it tells me No Drive this feature requires removable media, such as a usb flash Drive. Please connect a usb flash drive and then try again. What do I do if I don’t have a flash drive or a disk to rest password. Please advise thank you.

At some time in the past, you should have run an app to write a "password-recovery" file onto some removable media, and then safely stored that media, so that you can NOW use that media to recover the password.

If you did not create that file, you are "stuck", unless you can find another way to achieve what you want.
