HP Recommended

We moved house 2 years ago and lost the power cable to our HP envy 23 recline beats audio touchscreen all in one pc. I have just purchased a replacement power cable but the pc won’t start, it was working perfectly before we moved but hasn’t been used for over two years. I’ve tried removing power cable and holding power button for 10 seconds then plugging power back in but it doesn’t do anything. I can’t even hear anything when I try to start it, no fan noise, nothing.
