My HP envy 360 won't turn on battery full charged. When I press the power button it. The white light flicks for a split second then gone. I've tried holding it down for 30 sec to a min that doesn't work. I've also tried win B and that doesn't work either. Please help

Hi @Ali992,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Power Reset (Hard Reset)

  1. Unplug the charger and remove any external devices (USBs, SD cards, etc.).
  2. Press and hold the power button for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Release the power button, then plug in the charger and try turning it on.

Check the Battery & Charger

  • Try turning it on without the battery (if it's removable) while plugged in.
  • Use a different charger if possible, in case yours is faulty.

Reset BIOS (Windows Key + B)

  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Press and hold Windows + B, then press the power button for a few seconds.
  3. If you hear a few beeps, release all keys and wait.
  4. The screen might flash, and the BIOS recovery process should start.

Let me know what happens after trying these steps! 😊
