Product: Envy 700-019
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the Windows 10 April 2018 update and my audio would not function. From Microsoft support, I was told that the HP Envy 700-019 is not compatable with this particular update. If HP will not correct this compatable issue, then HP has lost a customer for future purchases.

Hi:

 

I believe that you can get the audio to work again by installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC.

 

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
