Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP often reboots my desktop for no reason. No updates, nothing else going on and the fact that I am currently using the computer does not matter. How does one stop this??? What in blazes is wrong with these people??? I am ready to sell all HP equipment and switch to DELL.

Hi @LaFemme1

It is possible your PC has a hardware or a thermal problem, or a system file/driver problem. The PC is blue screening.

However, your PC may be configured to restart when this happens. The blue screen error message can help to diagnose the problem.

Check this Site on how to stop a system restart after a blue screen error (if this is the problem) so you can see the error message.

Regards
