@TinaLina7, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please follow these steps,

Don’t Click “Resolve Now” Immediately

Avoid clicking on the pop-up until you verify its source.

Check Your System’s Memory Usage

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  • Go to the Performance tab → Memory.
  • If usage is consistently above 80–90%, you may need to close unused apps or consider a RAM upgrade.

Use HP Support Assistant to Verify

  • Open HP Support Assistant from the Start menu.
  • Go to Device Health or Troubleshooting and Fixes.
  • Run a System Check to see if HP detects any real memory issues.

If you don’t have HP Support Assistant, download it here: HP Support Assistant | HP® Support

Uninstall or Disable iolo System Mechanic (Optional)

If you don’t want third-party tools:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
  • Find iolo System Mechanic and uninstall it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you, Max3Aj.  I had no idea that these tools were available!  My memory usage showed 80-85% in Task Manager, and I ran all of the troubleshooting System checks and diagnostics, but could not find anything about RAM, which I assume is where the issue is.  My storage showed well below the many Gigs I have on the hard drive? I don't really understand this stuff.  I did delete some unused apps, but I usually only have my email apps, my browser and a few websites open at a time.  Does HP really issue those :Notifications"?  I did click on the "resolve now" and I was blocked by my browser guard.  I would not know how to verify the source.  I thank you for your wonderful suggestions and alerting me to HP Support Assistant!
