I’ve been searching two days for the solution regarding boot from USB trying clean install Windows. However, not success.
1. Since my Window RE image not found, I can’t not clean reset my windows from Setting -> Recovery -> reset
2. I did Disable Secure boot from BOIS, after restart my computer I saw Windows Logo and suddenly disappeared and showing HP logo.
3. I did Disable Secure Boot from BOIs and at windows I navigated to Settings -> Recovery -> Restart-> TroubleShoot -> UEFI settings then restart then F9 boot options select USB 3.0, same thing happened as above.
so I don’t think anyone from HP can help me with this, cause I guess HP prevent boot from USB neither from BOIS nor windows, they did it from small chips on the motherboard. If my assumption is correct I will quit using HP for my rest of life.

Hi,
Did you create the W10 USB installation media using Microsoft's tool (Link)? Make sure you uncheck "create installation media for this device" before you create the media.
The "F9" function at startup should take you to a boot device options menu. Then select the correct USB device within the UEFI submenu to boot to the installation media.
Disabling Secure boot is not required when using Microsoft signed boot media.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I already did your steps but unfortunately, when restart:
1. First HP logo appears
2. Then Windows log appears
3. But suddenly computer restarted itself.
4. Finally, this HP computer repeats step 1 and step 2 endless.
