HP Recommended

I have a HP Prime G1 calculator that does not show up on HP Prime Connectivity Kit.

The calculator shows up on other computers, and other HP Prime calculators show up on this computer.

All Connectivity Kits, and calculators have the latest updates.


Any idea how to fix this?
