While trying to solve a printer problem, I got a message telling me that HP print and scan doctor was a security issue and to replace it with HP support assistant. I deleted HP print/scan doctor and downloaded HP support assistant. When I tried to install the support assistant there was a message saying the program was incompatible and needed windows 10.???. My desktop runs windows 11 home version, 10.0.26200, build 26200. I would appreciate any pointers on where to go next.
Thanks.
Joe

The only suggestions I can offer are:
Install the latest HPSA version for W11:
HP Support Assistant
VERSION: 9.47
OPERATING SYSTEM(S):
Microsoft Windows 10 All Editions (32-bit)
Microsoft Windows 10 All Editions (64-bit)
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 32-Bit (x86)
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 64-Bit (x86)
Microsoft Windows 11

If that doesn't work and you are still being asked to install the legacy HPSA, would be to see if this version of the HPSA works:
VERSION: 8.8.34.31 REV: A PASS: 1
DESCRIPTION:
This package provides HP support Assistant for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system. HP Support Assistant allows HP customers to discover, maintain, and troubleshoot their computer systems, and also allows customers to contact HP to receive assistance.

You're very welcome.
Here's another one you can try:
This version is in between the two versions I posted earlier.
