Product: HP Z1 All-in-One G3 Base Model Workstation

Hi all, I have had no problems with my Z1 G2 desktop pc until the Support Assistant was updated a few weeks ago.

Since that time I have to uninstall and reinstall the Support assistant every time I want to check the messages or look for help, Also it recognises my Envy Notepad but will not display any details about it.

The Support assistant on my Envy 17 Laptop however works fine every time and shows the details of the Z1 G3.

I would appreciate any help here people.
