Good afternoon I can’t get updates for my PC through the HP Support Assistant An error occurs, I attach the photo, reinstalling HPSA does not help. How to fix errors and get updates?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP support assistant is not updating the drivers and you are getting an error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant completely and then restart the computer. Then download and install it from the below link.

Here is how it is done.

 

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click System on the Settings menu.
  4. Select Apps & features from the left pane.
  5. Select HPSA to uninstall.
  6. Click the Uninstall button that appears.
  7. Click the Uninstall pop-up button to confirm.
