Good afternoon I can’t get updates for my PC through the HP Support Assistant An error occurs, I attach the photo, reinstalling HPSA does not help. How to fix errors and get updates?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP support assistant is not updating the drivers and you are getting an error.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant completely and then restart the computer. Then download and install it from the below link.
Here is how it is done.
- Open the Start menu.
- Click Settings.
- Click System on the Settings menu.
- Select Apps & features from the left pane.
- Select HPSA to uninstall.
- Click the Uninstall button that appears.
- Click the Uninstall pop-up button to confirm.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
