Pavilion All-In-One 23-q105na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting blue screen with boot up errors when I switch on my PC File:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD Error Code; 0xc0000034. I am trying to get support online from HP but I get no further that the screen to input the serial and\or product keys. It just comes back with an error saying that product does not exist even though I am typing them directly from a photograph I took of the black bar coded label on my PC which shows the Serial No,  Product No and model (HP Pav 23-q105na). My PC is only in warranty for another 25 days and I need to talk to someone from HP. Help

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.

While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.

I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet and do the needed repairs.

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

Good Luck

Thanks for the reply but the Contact Support page that your link takes me to is the one where you have to identify your product before they will give you any support info and this is where it doesn't seem to recongnise my product ID or model number so I can't get past that to comunicate with an engineer. I will try the phone number in your post though.
