HP sure run issues

hp zbook studio g5

I just got my new laptop and from the start, there have been some issues. 

I keep getting a notification from hp sure run saying: "A possible security threat to Volume Shadow Copy was detected. Repair succeeded. Visit HP Client Security Notifications panel for details." If I look at the notification, I see: "the security key that is needed by hp sure run is not available and sure run will now close." 

Also, and I think it's a correlating problem, the laptop sometimes just shuts off with an error (I can't remember what it said exactly).

Can someone help me with this? I'm starting my new study in the first week of September and I'm a little nervous because of this problem.

HP sure run issues

We are diving in to this problem at a customer, but havn't seen why this is happening. If someone do know anything it would be great to hear something.
