I now receive a Blue question mark with a red mark waring that something may be a miss. When I enter this I get sent to The HP page and there is no issues, message on bottom of screen

Hi, Thankyou for your reply.

HP gives you an opportunity to have this blue mark displayed on the bottom of your desk so it can alert you to any issues or updates. So I get a red question mark shown which indicated an issue to attend to, but there is nothing shown (when I click on it, it takes me to the settings for this) The only thing in red shows the warranty has expired, but emails to HP get no reply so I do nothing. I have deleted the warning icon and the matter has been solved, its unfortunate  really as HP is alerting me to an issue, but shows me nothing. Thankyou again for your assistance . Kind regards

@teddy2016 -- please can you use your smart-phone to take a snapshot of what you see, and post that image here, so that we can see what you are seeing?

 

Or, Windows has a "Snipping Tool" app that can do a screen-capture. Save that image, and post it here.
