Hello, my Pc won’t turn on. No lights are showing when plugged in. It’s not even a year old yet. It’s the HP omen 45L. I tried holding the power button down for 10 seconds, nothing. I unplugged it for a few hours and tried again. Nothing. Even left it unplugged over night and clean it out. Is this a common issue ? Thanks for the support

Greetings @Treesa_m
Welcome to the HP Forum.
I would say you have a hardware problem if the 45L shows no signs of life (no case or MB LED activity, no fans spinning, and no startup sounds) when you depress the PC's power button.
Have you confirmed the AC power outlet is okay and the PC's power cable is firmly connected to the outlet and the PC? A power cable could also fail. I have also seen power buttons fail.
Your 45L should be in warranty if the PC is less than a year old. I would contact HP Support for warranty service.
You could try the following stuff to see if the PC will power on.
Only use a mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Try the mouse and keyboard in all available USB ports.
You would have to troubleshoot the PC's internal components if the PC is still DOA. Troubleshooting components should be done by HP if the PC is in warranty.
Troubleshooting internal components requires reducing the PC to a minimum config (MB, CPU, power supply, one stick of, known good, RAM). Then you would swap in the remaining components, one at a time, to find the faulty component.
