Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The sound was working this morning. I've tried to update the driver and did some other trouble shooting and still no resolution. The speaker icon on the toolbar does not reflect a red X but there is no sound. I have a feeling my son "did something" but I just can't get this fixed. Just need guidance. Thanks (Windows 10)

Hi,

 

 I would go to Control Panel, Sound.

 

Check and reset default playback device to the monitor.
