I could not find the community for tape backup systems. I have a HPE StoreEver 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader. I query the unit for it's serial number from it's front panel lcd screen. When I call in into the non-human help line and provide the serial number the tape loader gave me - the hp automated system says it is an invalid serial # and hangs up on me. How to I get a human in the support organization handles HPE StoreEver 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader issues? Can I get a human to forward me their direct line to assist with this expensive piece of equipment I bought?

Hi:
HP split into two companies several years ago (2014?).
HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.
HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage such as tape drives.
