I'm doing some testing to roll out upgrades to Win 10 21H2. I started with trying to get my HPIA driver repository updated but it's throwing a 404 error on softpaq SP142580. Get-SoftpaqList returns the following, but all of the links (URL, release notes, etc) come back 404. Seems like it's just a backend issue? And if so, is there a particular place it needs to be reported to get fixed?

As a workaround, is there any way for me to exclude a specific softpaq from the repository sync? I looked into that previously but couldn't find a way to do it.

get-softpaqlist -platform 8720 -os win10 -osver 21h1 -category driver

The opposite actually, I think it was too new and HP had only added the metadata to their CDN but hadn't made the package available yet. I just checked again and the files seem to be up now, so I guess the release date of 9/14/2022 was more of an estimate 😉
