HPSA INSTALL VERSION FAILURE

cannot install HPSA on desktop. get an error during install of HP Support Solution Framework install, "This version of HP Support Solutions Framework appears to be incompatible your operating system." 

running windows11pro, version 23H2,  OS build 22631.4541

That's strange.

Have you uninstalled the previous HPSA version? Then restart the PC.

Try the installer again.

Are you installing the latest HPSA version available Here? The Support Solutions Framework bits are baked into the HPSA software.

Your OS obviously meets HPSA requirements. Have you checked system files lately? Can you install other software?

yes I am installing the software from the official site link in your email. I consistently get the same error message.  the software cannot be found in the system files. I still receive the same error message saying it is incompatible with my system.
