Hard Disk Failure ID

Basically, my computer was having a few issues with shutting off randomely, and I figured it was the CPU speed or somethong of the sort, so I am currently attempting to cap CPU speeds. So, I did a regular Hard Drive test and got the failure ID: 64GGHG-0008QR-QDUWXF-61CT03, just wondering what it means.

Note: It used to be every now and then that the computer would randomely shut off. The time between shut offs shortened, until now, I can't get through startup without a shut down.

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
