Product: HP All-in-One - 22-3130na (ENERGY STAR)

My desktop won't boot up normally.

I tried a system recovery by following some on screem instructions but failed to repair the hard disk

My Failure ID is Q89WTX-826BT1-X87T61-002M03.

hence my computer no longer starts up.

would need help fixing this issue.

Hi:

 

You will have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Unfortunately, when I try and find a service manual for your PC, I keep getting a webpage not found error when doing a search for your PC's model number.
