HP ENVY Desktop - 750-514
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After replacing the WD hard drive, I received the same start up message about imminent hard drive failure.  I would like to confirm this is normal before running the recovery program.

At startup I started seeing a message about imminent hard drive failure.  Different diagnostic tools gave slightly different error codes (PTX0HH-8NXA9W-9XPGRG-60VJ03 and -60VJ13).  The tools suggested replacing the hard drive.  (The desktop has a SSD and a hard drive - the hard drive just has data/image files and a recovery partition).  I installed a new hard drive and received the same "imminent failure" message.  Appreciate any suggestions/advice.

Are you seeing these error codes with only the SSD connected?  If so, it is the SSD that is failing, not the HDD.
