HP Recommended

There is no authorised HP repair centre in the UK. I watched a You Tube video in this the HP representatives said a HP desktop computer could be picked up (from UK or anywhere in Europe) and returned to USA for repair taking 2 to 3 weeks.

Is this service still available?

I would like to take advantage of it please.

I have set up and paid for my desktop HP Computer to be collected by HP and shipped off for repair it cost me £250 +VAT to request HP change one of my hard drives.

It is a lot of money but a new computer is £900.

I will let you all know what happens.
