I try everything that the computer screens recommends me but i havent the luck to achieve to open the program.
It is giving the error :

Here's my recommendation if you want to replace the drive.
Replace the 500 GB 3.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 500 GB 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
Recommended replacement:
Because the SSD is smaller than the currently installed hard drive, you will also need a 3.5" to 3.5" adapter so the smaller SSD can fit where the existing drive goes.
Recommended adapter because it is the same size as the hard drive your PC has now:
I have attached the upgrading and servicing guide for your PC, below.
After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below: Make the 64 bit installation media.
Since the PC originally came with Windows 8, as you go through the steps to install Windows, you will first be asked what version of Windows you want to install.
Select W10 Home.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet.

Good Morning...................... I have done everything to assure that works okay the only is I am working it off line no internet. When i make a diagnostic it tells me Smart check: Not installed Short DST: Not installed. Please can you help me out.
I will wait for you.
