i am facing hard disk error please help

Hi,

 

Please provide a product number. Check this HP site (Link) for assistance in finding your PC's product number.

 

A disk drive error usually means you must replace the HDD or SSD. Run a HP Diagnostic check as follows to confirm the HDD or SSD has failed.

 

Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2". Run system and component tests.

 

Sorry to tell you this will require reinstalling: the HP factory Image (HP recovery media or HP Cloud Recovery) or a clean Windows install using W11 installation media. A Windows OS backup image is also an option if you created an OS image of the current W11 installation.
